Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access when Recruiting Board Members

As nonprofits strive to ensure that inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) are prioritized as core values, they must consider board leadership – boards play a critical role in creating an organizational culture that prioritizes, supports, and invests in IDEA initiatives. During board recruitment, fundraising professionals must be conscientious in their efforts to engage individuals who not only represent a diverse background, but also share these same values.

We will be led in conversation by Senior Client Partner, Andrés Tapia, who is a global diversity and inclusion strategist and thought leader at Korn Ferry, an organizational consulting firm. He has been one of the leading voices in shaping a contemporary, next-generation approach to diversity and inclusion.
