This CLC workshop explores tools, frameworks, and mindset shifts that support thoughtful prioritization at the individual, departmental, and organizational levels. Panelists will discuss practices as well as guiding principles that help clarify what truly drives revenue and mission impact, align expectations across teams, and build sustainable approaches to the work.

Learning Objectives:

1) Understand common sources of misalignment between organizational strategy and day-to-day fundraising activity and how to prioritize for alignment

2) Learn how peers have adjusted fundraising strategy in response to changes in organizational or department capacity

3) Recognize tradeoffs in managing multiple fundraising priorities and hear how executive and department leaders approach these decisions

4) Learn strategies and tactics to communicate priorities, align expectations and guide decision-making for fundraising and organization impact
