No phone reservations are accepted.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing on official, organizational letterhead and must be received by the AFP Chicago Chapter office on or before Friday, April 28, 2017. A processing fee of $25 per ticket, processing fee will be deducted from the refunded registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, April 28, 2017.  Please send your written cancellation request to Carletta Seay at [email protected].
