Get your donor data prepared! A donor software transition may seem daunting, but it does not have to be.

Join AFP Chicago and Adam Stevenson, the Director of Client Services at Neon CRM for a session that will examine the data migration process for organizations transitioning to new donor management software.

Whether your organization is moving to its first donor management system or if you are transitioning from an existing CRM platform, Adam will discuss the most common mistakes and pitfalls that organizations face during this process. Not all data is equal, and this session will help fundraisers to identify and prepare important donor/donation data for migration into a new CRM system.

Participants will walk away from this session with:

- questions to ask their software vendor during the sales and implementation phase
- a checklist for their staff when preparing for data migrations
