Sheila Leahy, President - SAL Consulting, Inc.
Sheila Leahy is a philanthropic consultant who researches potential funding opportunities for foundations, staffs grantmaking programs, evaluates grant making programs and hires program staff and executives for foundations throughout North America. Sheila is a community organizer with a BA and MA in applied Cultural Anthropology.

Alberto Morales, Founder and CEO - Morales Consulting
Alberto Morales (he/him/his) is the Founder & CEO of Morales Consulting, a national firm that specializes in strategic planning, racial equity facilitation, grantmaking, program design and evaluation, capacity building & project management. Alberto Morales brings extensive experience across the non-profit, policy and philanthropic sectors. Alberto holds a B.Sc. in Health Care Management and Policy from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University.

Emily Nordquist, Director of Early Stage Membership - 1871
Emily Nordquist is a Chicago-based social impact and innovation leader. She currently leads membership at 1871, the #1 ranked private business incubator in the world, where she supports 450+ founders to find success from idea to Series A. Before joining 1871, Emily served as the Senior Program Manager for the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University Chicago. There, she helped develop a first-of-its-kind social impact MBA and led executive leadership programs focused on social impact and diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

Ann Grant, Senior Director, Development - 
Adler Planetarium
Ann Grant joined the Adler Planetarium in 2017 as Senior Director of Development, overseeing strategy and operations for major giving, annual giving, and special events. In addition to securing funds for the museum’s education and outreach programs, Ann enjoys mentoring development professionals and serving on the AFP Chicago’s Board and is currently the President Elect. Prior to the Adler, she worked for a management consulting firm and national nonprofits, including the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Easterseals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northern Illinois University and resides in Wicker Park with her partner Colin and their golden retriever, Bob.

Guadalupe Preston, Executive Director - St. Joseph Services
Guadalupe Preston is an experienced bicultural leader with 20 plus years leading non- profit organizations in the work in communities against poverty through services and resources for families and youth. Ms. Preston has a B.A. from Northwestern University, J.D. Loyola University School of Law, M.S. DePaul University, Executive Leadership Certification Southern Methodist University. She has sat on the board of the IFF, Chicago Jobs Council, Illinois Hispanic Association of State Employment Advisory Council, Second Federal Advisory Council, Linden House Board and has received awards from LULAC and IAHSE for her service to the Latino Community.
